Wendy caught her love for Halloween at an early age thanks to her Uncle Mark who was heavily involved in the Jaycees haunted houses. She attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, always having a love of sculpting, painting, and all things creepy. She has helped in several haunted houses in developing storylines, scenery creation and design, as well as in the makeup room. She has taught scenery development, makeup and sculpting courses, and haunted house safety across the country.

 

Her full-time career has been in civil service, first as a police officer then as a paramedic. This has definitely helped lend more realism to her designs. She is dedicated to offering detailed finishing touches to take your haunt to the next level, as well as providing stronger women-led characters and costumes within the haunt community.
